The opening of Majorica’s new flagship store in Palma de Mallorca marks the beginning of a new chapter for one of the island’s most iconic jewellery brands. Located on Avinguda Jaume III, one of the city’s main shopping streets, the space represents the first physical expression of the brand’s new identity and renewed retail concept.

The project, designed by Marcos Catalán and Marta García Orte, draws inspiration from traditional Mallorcan architecture, local craftsmanship and the distinctive light of the Mediterranean. At InscaShops, we were responsible for the manufacture and installation of the bespoke retail furniture, bringing the creative concept to life in a space where product, architecture and place come together.

As specialist manufacturers of jewellery store furniture, we developed a complete retail fit-out combining contemporary forms, natural materials and references rooted in Mallorca. The geometry of the furniture echoes the organic shapes of the pearls and jewellery, creating a calm, intimate and carefully illuminated display that places each piece at the centre of the experience.

Ultimately, we manufactured every element to measure to help create a more human, sensory and contemporary retail experience. A project in which furniture, craftsmanship and Mediterranean identity come together to present Majorica’s heritage from a renewed perspective, through a bespoke retail fit-out designed and manufactured to support the brand in this new chapter.
